Site Research, Selection and Analysis

Meeting Designs will help you determine the specifications and requirements of a facility to host your event or meeting. We will perform a thorough analysis of available facilities that meet your needs, present and review the alternatives, and negotiate a favorable contract within your program's budget.

We work within your established guidelines and insure that all elements of the program meet your expectations while satisfying your bottom  line.

On-Site Management and Staffing

The measure of success of your meeting happens while on-site. As your liaison, all requests, challenges and other conversations with the venue will be through our staff to allow you and your team to focus on the meeting itself. Budget control at the property level is critical. Nothing ever gets signed blindly, when we represent you. We'll check each meeting room before you enter it. The set-up will be correct, the audiovisual will be to your needs, the food and beverage will be as ordered. No surprises. You'll enjoy the ease of your meeting.

Registration

We simplify the registration process on-line by setting up an informational web page that links directly to the registration process. We collect payments, if applicable, by credit card or check. Clients can view registration updates in real time at their convenience.

Trade Shows
We have coordinated dozens of trade shows ranging in size from 10  to 100 exhibitors.  Exhibitor recruitment, soliciting funding, trade show design and set-up, lead generation technology and audio visual support are all managed as part of the program.

Medical Meetings & CME Programs

Medical meetings are Meeting Design's specialty. These meetings differ from other industry meetings and events in design, objectives and goals that are specific to the medical field.  We are also actively involved in designing educational goals and objectives, curriculum development, and speaker recruitment.
